Research
Surprisingly there were only four Laura Jones, of the correct age, listed in the 1910 U.S. census (keeping in mind that people are sometimes missed by the census or the subsequent indexing.)

One of the 10-year-olds can be eliminated because her middle initial is A. The other 10-year-old had the correct initial of M. She was in Dyer County, Tennessee, living with her sister and brother-in-law Myrtle P. and Will A. Baker. She was born in Tennessee and, based on the census date, would have been born between 22 Apr 1900 and 25 Dec 1899, if she is the girl pictured above.

One 9-year-old was in the household of Daniel and Martha Bayliss in Winchester, Clark, Kentucky. She was born in Kentucky and is listed as their grandniece. Based on the census date, she would have been born between 29 Apr 1900 and 26 Dec 1900.

The other 9-year-old was in the household of Jesse B. and Daisy Short in Saugerties, Ulster, New York. She was born in New York and is listed as Jesse's stepdaughter. Based on the census date, she would have been born between 3 May 1900 and 26 Dec 1900.
