June 9, 1880
Jackson, Johnson County, Missouri
In 1880 William is still living in Johnson County, Missouri but Susannah has apparently died and her daughter Mary Ann is back in the fold. She has married Eugene R. Burnett and they have three children - Rosa, Herman, and Walter all born in Minnesota. They have at least one more child, Herbert in 1882, and later move to South Dakota.
William Sr. was still living in 1884 according to his stepson's Civil War records, but does not appear in any subsequent census records.
In 1886 William Jr. married his half-niece Susan H. Lolley, daughter of George, and later followed some of the family to Kansas.
