Charles R. Billingslea b. Apr 1883 in Ohio, m. abt 1908 Hattie V. [--?--] b. abt 1882 in Ohio. They lived in Springfield, Ohio in 1920. In 1930 Charles was a bookkeeper at a milk plant, and he and Hattie were living at 93 Richards Road in Columbus, Ohio. He also had no children.Charles was selected to be a delegate to the state Democratic convention in 1908.
Edna B. Billingslea b. Sep 1887 in Ohio. In the 1920 census of Butler County, Ohio, Edna, age 32, was single and living with her parents who ran a telephone exchange where she worked as an operator.By 1930 her mother had died, but her father was still running the telephone exchange with the help of an employee. Edna apparently never married or had children.
